*** happened to your service delivery?! It has gone to ****!!!

I have been with MTN Supersonic for a few years now and it has been great but lately the service is **** to be honest. Calls go unanswered and when they do answer they dont seem to know much when you ask basic questions! their router died and I went to 14th avenue to get assistance on buying a new one. I was sent pillar to post and I'm still not sorted. I'm working from home and I need access to the WIFI but I cant because I cant even get hold of their sales department to buy a new one CASH. ***! I'm so disappointed in Supersonic, *** happened to your service delivery?!
