HAPLESS MTN

Six months ago a contract was loaded to my phone that I knew nothing about by one of Clearwater staff. They do not consider this as *****, what is new. I have been trying for 6 months to have the matter attended to but to no avail. I have suspended my service 10 times and this morning I have been told my account is with collections dept and I cannot cancel my contract. Six months of sheer hell and now I am being told I am the guilty party. Shame on you MTN Louis Havenga ***
