Hang up + Incorrect Information
MTN activated my Voice Message Service without authorisation. The Call Centre (808) advised they had deactivated it. It did not come through to my phone. The second consultant rudely terminated the call. The third consultant gave incorrect information. Phone 555 #9 to deactivate Voice Message Service.<br>
