HANDSET TO BE UNBLACKLISTED: ***

Nompumelelo
REQ:***

I am extremely very disappointed by your organization's service regarding my query. I was hoping, given the level of your seniority, that I will have my query resolved. You forward the Transunion contact numbers and I called them as you have suggested. I was told that they do not deal with blacklisting and un-blacklisting of the phones and I must speak to MTN,

I am now considering escalating this matter to senior management of MTN to sort out my problem because it seems to me the staff and junior manager do not know what they are doing. Please provide me with the detail of the senior manager who would be able to deal matter promptly.

It does take roughly 48 hours for the phone to be un-blacklisted but in your case it takes weeks to do so. As to why? You can tell me that. Your company has the opportunity to remedy itself by un-blacksting the phone or give an explanation as to why the request for un-blacklisting has not been processed.

Hello CM PAKO,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this and assure you that it is not our intention to displease you.

Kindly be advised that I tried to ask another superior to assist you but when we check your faxed documents they are not clear if the phone is about 2 years you can also get the proof of purchase from the store. Kindly re fax the clear documents and contact 173 to trace your fax and you will be assisted from there.Your IMEI number needs to be 15 digits not 14 digits please correct that as well.

Regards
Nompumelelo
