Handset repair

My phone has been in for repairs since the 25th of April 2022 and on my Monday when I called in to find out the feedback as I havent been getting any I was made aware that the technician is in need of my password and I provided it immediately but the technician only received it on Tuesday and since then it has been in for quality checks till date. I am really unhappy with the service I have received and the process of getting my handset repaired.
