Handset not charging

On the 6th Jan 2016 I took in a faulty handset for repairs for the second time in 6 months for the same problem, the phone won't charge.

The consultant would not take in the phone unless I accept that I would pay R330 should I choose not to accept the quotation, reason being the phone screen has cracked.

It is clear that the product has a very faulty charger point as its life span is only 6 months. I do not see how the cracked screen affects a charge point that has always given me a problem.

I have reported this to MTN customer service on the 6th January 2016, I have received nothing but mediocre responses ref no. ***1. This is completely not acceptable.

MTN has no regard whatsoever to its clients concerns. I still continue to pay for this contract and I demand a better treatment.
