handset not blacklisted and ITC number
On the 31/12/2015 i lost my handset i then called the call center on the 01/01/2016 to request my handset to be blacklisted fr ***,i was told there are having system problems and they will call me back ,i called again on the 02/01/2016 they asked for IMEI number then they dropped the call.I then wen to EAST GATE MALL to blacklist and get a swim swop,i spoke with an indian guy (Riaun ) he said he wil submit the form and he will email me ITC number for me to be able to sumbmit a claim for insurance,even today i am stil waitng,i dont have a phone because they are taking me from pillar to post,please help alt.number ***
