HANDSET GIVING PROBLEMS
On the 31 August 2015 my cell phone started switching itself off and on, on the 1 September I filled the insurance form and sent it to them. I also tried calling them but it keeps on saying press 0 press what then it goes off. I only received more like a acknowledgement e-mail with reference number ***5. I've been calling with no answer, I pay for insurance every month and I'm stuck with the phone that keeps on switching itself on and off...
