Handed over to Legal without any information
I have had a few contracts with MTN, and cancelled them.<br> The last one i took out two years ago with my current adres. When i tried to contact MTN, they said i have the incorrect adres and that one has been handed over to legal.<br> <br> HOW can that be? I have been through the RECA process to take out the current contract and now i hear i have been handed over to legal for an age old contract that has been cancelled!!!!!
