Handed over to debt collectors with out notice
My wife received an sms from a debt collection agency that I been handed over to them by MTN because her account is in arrears.

She was not contacted by MTN not once, she stopped receiving statements, and now she's being contacted by debt collectors.

According to the NCA, I should be made aware about my state of account by the company that gave me credit before I am handed over to collection agencies.

I am deeply dissapointed by the customer treatment at MTN.
