Handed over to debt collector

I wouldn't refer anyone to MTN I have cancelled my contracts yet I'm still being debited for no reason. No one is willing to assist as I have called countless times but month end I will be debited. The number isn't even on the MTN network that was assigned to me but why I am still deducted every month is a problem.
