Handed over for collection but no arrears ever!!
I pay my account religiously on the 25th of EVERY month, 5 days BEFORE it is even due!<br> <br> Like every other month I settle my account for August (due 31 August) yesterday being the 25th of August. I also received a confirmation sms from MTN that my payment has been received. <br> <br> Today I get notified that my line has been suspended, that I have been handed over for collection and that I must make a payment arrangement.<br> <br> If I owe you nothing MTN, please advice WHY? What payment arrangement must I make on an outstanding amount of ZERO?????<br> <br>
