Handed over at your negligence

<p>I just received a call from Shapiro Shaik Defries and associates who informed me that after YOU stopped deducting the money 2 years ago for my contract, I am now liable for arrears, interest, early termination costs (i did not cancel any contract whatsoever) and then their legal fees. </p> <p> </p> <p>No one, i will repeat that - NO ONE contacted me in 2 years until today to tell me i owe you money. I have googled these cases and i see there are a lot of them where you just hand people over. I have sent a mail and i am posting this here. I refuse to have your negligence and lazy collection agencies affect my credit record.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have no proof of contacting me in the last year and prior to that i have not received a statement or an email from you guys either.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect to be furnished with this detail and should i owe you any money (which i doubt) i will pay off minus that money your lazy collections team added and minus the early termination fee.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think you guys are scheming now to get money to pay for that huge fine you have been ordered to pay. What a way to treat your clients. Absolutely disgusting. I have a reference number for my complaint as well : ********** 2.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect a speedy resolve of this query.</p> <p> </p>
