HANDED OVER ACCOUNTS!!!! WITH ADDITIONAL R7 000 !!

My 62 year old moms account was handed over. She then paid R1000 a month to rectify. Once she repaid R19 000, She is now responsible for R7 188.21 in addition!!!! My dad passed which got her in this cell mess to start with. She took responsibility. Now an additional R7K for interest on interest and ******** charges! who do you complain to, to see if that's all allowable charges? Why will MTN not regulate this and take responsibility for using a service provider that's milking distressed people in distressed situations even more????<br> She's 62! Still working to make a living in DE AAR! Do you even know what they earn in this place? YES, her mess, but she paid for it. BUT R7K FEES when YOU handed this account over? What if she loses the only stability she has? She works for a ****py salary in a bank! what if she loses her job not having a clear credit record as one should to work in a bank. She as nothing to retire. Will you see HER or is she just this account number?
