Handed over account I want to settle

Good day

I am in pain when writing this email, I have been trying to get hold of someone who can assist me with my account, but I am finding no joy

I called almost the whole trying to get assistance, but no one seem to know what is happening.

My account it was handed over to vericred but when I contact vericred they advised me that they don’t have my account, and when I speak to MTN legal they say it’s with vericred.

Veri cred even sent emails to MTN advising that they don’t my account.

I have spoken to different EDC and they all say they don’t have my account, what should I do now because I want to settle this account but no one seems to be assisting.

I just need a settlement letter that’s all I need but I don’t find any joy.
