Handed over a prepaid sim to Legal

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Please explain why your staff would hand over me over to your Legal Team while my Sim is on Pre Paid?????? The account was closed round 2013/2014 and I have since been buying my own airtime and data!!!!</p> <p>The service I reecived in early 2010 from Mtn was PATHETIC and I opened up a Cell C contract with my second Sim, I then decided to port back to Mtn which has proven to me why I left in the first place!! Unfortunately for me i am stuck in a contract until it expires.</p> <p>If this Sim was handed over to legalthen I would like to know know how on earth I opened up a contract Last year May???? Can someone smart answer that???</p> <p>I have paid my account since the very beginning and now that i urgently need a phone due to mine being ****** I am declined for this UNKNOWN reason of being handed over.</p> <p>I will take this matter further as If i was handed over many years ago WHY did no one call me to bring it to my attention????</p>
