Handed over
We cancelled our contracts with MTN in August 2014 and were advised in May 2015 that our account had been handed over for debt collecting in March 2015 and we have been blacklisted. There had been NO attempt from MTN to contact us regarding any money due to them and no notice was given to us that the account was being handed over. We have been trying unsuccessfully since then to contact someone competent in either the MTN legal department or the \lawyers"involved to get an itemised bill for the amount owing.<br> Does not seem like anyone in that place is competent enough to do their allocated jobs.<br> """
