Had to wait 3 months for response
I started a signal enquiry in January only to get a response in February and finally through lots of waiting and phone class and emails I found out my house isn't covered very well by MTN signal and once again through many emails I got a emailed letter stating my contract may be ended without any penalties, but I was also told that I need to return my devices, now am I seriously going to have to return the phone I have been struggling with and paying for for the last 20 months. After all this nonsense I am going to have nothing ??? I mean the phone is still awesome if I use another service provider. What on earth do I have to return it for ???

Please note that if the contract is cancelled before the term date the device will have to be returned. The phone is paid for over a period of 24 months therefore if it is cancelled before then without cancellation fees you will have to return it.
