Had enough
So eventually I sent my phone in, and it was returned on Saturday with no explanation except saying it was a software problem. I downloaded everything from the cloud and put my phone on only to find the fault HAS not been fixed. I am now going to loose the plot of over this. MTN is breaching contract and I am ready to take legal action.
