Guilty until proven Inocent

Someone opened an account in my name. I was alerted early to this BEFORE a phone number was assigned. I called MTN and had it stopped. A week later I get an invoice for over R800.00. Now MTN wante me to run around to get Affidavits, Certified ID documents and what not so that I can proove it was not me.<br> <br> In south Africa we a INNOCENT until proven GUILTY by Law. MTN has no proof that I opened the account. No voice recording, not ID with my photo on it and the courier had to check that the person taking delivery was the person in the ID, It was not me.<br> <br> Now MTN is not interested in doing their part and placing all the burden on my shoulders. This is ******** and unconstitutional.<br> <br> Show me the proof I did it, if you don't have it, close the account and leave me alone.
