Gross Violation of the consumer protection act at MTN Musgrave, Durban Store

I had recently purchased a Panzer Glass cover on the 12th December 2019 from the MTN store ground floor Musgrave Center Durban. The glass did not stay on the phone for even a full week as it had fallen off and I had placed it on my screen again. Thereafter it had fallen off again. This is when I had noticed that the quality of this product is not as advertised by the individuals in the store who had sold it to me.

Upon returning it I was given the run around by staff at the store where I had purchased it. They had brushed me off and refused to give me my refund as well as had used obscene language in the process. They had tried to blame me for the glass falling out when it fact it was because they had falsely advertised giving incorrect information about the product as well as it being of poor quality.

I have my invoice and kindly ask this case be looked into is this is in complete Contravention of the consumer Protection act. I am well aware that in this case I am in the right end and my rights as a consumer were completely taken into disregard.

I had laid this compliant to MTN and they haven't gotten back to me in a week even though they had said they had escalated it to the area manager in Durban. There is still no response, no feedback, my emails are being ignored.

I require some form of feedback that I am going to get my money back as this is a gross contravention of the consumer protection act.
