GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WORSE - Sudden 32% INCREASE in contractual monthly fixed fee

Sudden increase in a capped monthly contract from R699 to R918.96. Without invoice and statement being sent just an email as a reminder the debit order goes off 1st May.

Please advise me as to why the below email states my debit order will be R918.96. A 31.47% INCREASE to my contracted monthly fee. My fixed capped contract is for R699 a month. Please note I have not received my invoice and statement for the month of April. Should you debit my account without valid and proper explanation for the R918.96 I will reverse the debit order and demand contract cancellation for contracting outside of our agreed monthly. Further my account is capped at number of GB used. So that usage does not account for the increase and I never use any where close to my limit. See the attached statement and invoice last received in March.

this is gross negligence and in my opinion theft. Non supply of invoice and statement is also very fishy.
