Grievance with Mtn Insurance

I can't even explain the pure frustration WITH mtn insurance. I lost my phone because I forgot my bag in a public area. They refuse to pay out because it with neglagince. Is that not what we have insurance for, in cases that we do misplace things. Mtn insurance is the worst insurance. I will never ever use them again.
