Greedy dishonest MTN

MTN have supposedly recorded my conversation when I signed up for my contract. Im always clear about what I can afford. Midway through they have increased my monthly costs citing ********* small print. To get out of it, despite having no device, means you have to pay a hefty penalty. Surely, if they changed the rules of the game one should be able to escape their clutches without a penalty!
