Greed kills customer service

Sigining up for a business contract with MTN has been one of the poorest experience that I have had from a Mobile Telecoms Provider. I used the MTN store in Fourways Mall, the people you deal with are elementry. 28 odd days later and still nothing. I highly recommend steering far away from MTN and considering the smaller providers with more care and delivery.
