Greed for money

How do you rob people especially pensioners every month? I am fed up with MTN right now. You guys are useless at solving issues. We have every piece of paperwork and proof to show we have paid our cell phone contracts for the full duration. Yet MTN South Africa continues to debit the account. On top of that we are being charged for a cell number that doesn't even exist. R179 every month for literal YEARS and still no resolution, no backpay for money lost out on. Please tell me how my monthly payment increases in fixed term contract when I've used no additional data or incurred any extra charges of my own?? I'm done leaving it like this. My mother is being sent from store to store, calling around and MTN employees keep telling her she must pay and can give her no solution. Teach your employees to help customers and not to bamboozle them so to meet your monthly sales targets. Better yet, MTN should learn how to ****ming people.
