Greatly dissatisfied and disappointed.

The lack of communication in this company is ridiculous.

I've been a loyal customer for more than 10 years, and logged an upgrade on the 14th of Dec.

After numerous calls and emails, I have still not received no communication from mtn on what the delay is, then being advised that I cannot speak to anyone in that particular dept.

This is pathetic, do we as the subscription holder not pay for a professional service as well as for whatever we app**** for and paying.
