On Friday morning I decided to call MTN Ottery as their staff takes excellent customer service very seriously – I called at 10:05 and spoke to Aqeelah – she gave me her email address and asked me to send my id via email. @ 10:10 I sent the email to Ottery MTN @10:15 I received a positive response from Aqeelah informing me that the store only had a black phone of my choice. I rep****….@8:30 that evening Aqeelah called me from her personal cell – to apologize for not responding as their store was ******, and she was worried about the impression that a non answered email would leave.

As traumatized as she was, she was still concerned about her customer!!!
