Great service with a smile

I would to share the great customer service I have received from Fabian MTN Canal Walk branch on Tuesday 26.06. It was my first time visiting the branch. I went in to ask for my SIM card to be cut to a nano sim as I was told it can be done. He told me it was too risky as it can damage the sim. He did a sim swop for me and to my amazement offered to transfer everything on my old phone over to my new phone. I was so grateful I mean he didn't need to do that and to top it all he did it was such a nice friendly attitude. I would just like to compliment him on his great service. Keep up the good work and thank you for going the extra mile. I really appreciate it, good service is so hard to find nowadays. Nice to know some people still have a passion for their work. Thank you for saving me all that trouble of having to do it myself☺
