Great service Salmaa Kleinsmidt

<p>Many thanks to Salmaa Kleinsmidt on the great prompt service I received when doing my upgrade. Not only did she have a new system that was slow, but she dealt with me so efficiently that under 20 minutes my upgrade was prossesed. She called me 30 minutes later and informed me that she checked and saw that I was still being billed for BIS, even though I last had a blackberry 2 years ago. She logged the reversal. So if it had not been for her, I still would have been paying for a service I was not using. So thanks for the care and time she took to look at this. Well done Salmaa.</p>
