GREAT SERVICE ! MTN
<p>I did not receive data from MTN, after phoning and speaking to an agent he told me that data was loaded. Today I however visited the MTN Store at the Mall of the South and was assisted by ONE FRIENDLY GENT - ARTHER! He phoned MTN H/O and was told that my data was not loaded, he logged an inquiery and I received a call from him within 10min and was told that the data was loaded. MTN THIS MAN (ARTHER) IS ONE GOOD EMPLOYEE AND KNOWS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT!! THANKS ARTHER YOU ARE REALLY A STAR!!!</p>
