Great Service from Tumelo at MTN Rosebank

After struggling at numerous MTN stores to get my upgrade and spending hours trying to upgrade Tumelo from MTN Rosebank has been a big help. I just want to recognise Tumelo as he goes the extra mile to help clients. He took my number and made sure to call me and follow up with progress. He made sure to resolve my problem as timely as possible and kept me in the loop. Even if it is a hard situation, Tumelo gets the job done and does it calmly and professionally. I have been with MTN for a few years and Tumelo is by far the best employee I have worked with.
