Great service from Sifiso retentions/cancellations

Great service from call center agent Sifiso from the retentions and cancellations division. Despite having issues with system he was still able to ensure customer satisfaction. Agent ensured I had a reference for my call and despite cancelling a contract he made the process simple. I have used MTN for years and i always get great service from them, network in my opinion is still the best on the market.
