Great service from Noelene
Last week I called to upgrade two phone contracts. Noelene was super helpful and knowledgeable . She also noted that I could renew my 2 data contracts and sorted this at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble and she even gave me her email address and cell number in case I had any questions. Well done Noelene. We need more dedicated and courteous people like you in our call centres.
