Great Service from MTN Employee

I have an IPAD that had given me connection problems. I went to other MTN Shops and queried and couldnt get real help. I thought I should try Cresta because it's on my way to work. Amongst three or four ladies working there, the guy Boetie seemed to be dealing with most customers and his que was faster. Some (not all) of his colleagues were fixed on their computer screens and not making any eye contact with customers.<br> <br> Within three minutes of taking my Ipad he had found the problem and fixed it. He did this with a great attitude, showing absolutely no grumpiness that he's doing more work than his colleagues.<br> <br> Give that man a bells!
