Great service from MTN Claims Department
My phone was ****** and I dealt with the most wonderful lady. Her name is Siyavuya Makubalo and she was incredibly helpful. Very happy with the service - just not quite sure why it costs so much to swap a sim card on contract compared to prepaid!
