Great service from Melissa and Charmaine

MTN stores are so ***********, I went to a store on the 21st of June 2024 and tried to do a sim and number swop, I was send from pillar to post for more than 4 months and I was advised that the number is blocked and Clear water is unable to assist and they don't know what to do. I went to MTN 14th avenue and then I was assisted by the most amazing team there. Melissa Ceylon and Charmaine Bezuidenhout assisted me, I was there from 1pm until 5:30 they have been trying to assist even after closing time. Melissa took my details and kept me updated over the weekend and Monday morning 8:00 she called me and advised it was resolved and I went into the store and managed to do the number swop.
