I had such an awful dealing with Mondo and have been trying, to no avail to manage my upgrade for the past 3 months. Yesterday I phoned MTN directly and had the pleasure of being connected to Mamotse Mdhluli. She managed my upgrade, and personally phoned me this morning to ensure that my details are correct and that I am satisfied with what she is offering. Great service, great follow up.
