Great service from Agent at Customer Care
I received great assistance from Jocelin Janpjies on my query for roaming charges to be deducted off my account at month-end and advice on authorising my spouse to access my account. She is very friendly, patient with additional queries and clear in her explanation. Much appreciated the service.
