Great service ever

I had cancelled my contract because it expired years ago but still had a direct debit being taken off my account from Mtn monthly n I called again about it last year n still nothing was done until finally this lady Tebbello ledwaba followed up consistently n made sure that it was officially cancelled and I got my refund, in a matter of a few days, really impressed that some people still know how to do their jobs and have such great customer service. She really took control and kept giving me feedback , not sure if she's an agent or supervisor but she should get a promotion because she already excels on her current post and the reason why I'll still stay with Mtn
