Great Service!!!! Ecellent Customer Service

<p>I am so pleased with one of the employees at MTN Clearwater Mall. Her name is Gladness. After being without a phone for two weeks, I desperately needed a replacement handset and i couldnt find the handset in the colour i wanted. I called MTN Clearwater to find out if they have stock. Gladness took it upon herself to track down a handset and get it to their store for me to collect. I am so impressed because i got results way ahead of the time she promised.
