Great Service @mtn maponya mall

I went to My maponya Mall was over due for upgrade . a lady name Given gave great service even during the upgrade there was load shedding I couldn't take both phone home with me , who ever the manner in which she handle the situation and keeping me informed step by step , I didn't even mind to go back the following day to get another phone, its was an inconvience however she interest in what she does . I work in service Quality Assurance department I would hire her in my team !!!
