Great Service

In August 2021, I was contacted by a Mondo sales representative that offered me a sim only contract for R89 per month (5gig day 5 gig night and about 120 all net minutes). I took the offer. However, when I received my 1st pro-rata bill it was R349 and the subsequent deductions were R199 (which really isn't affordable for me). I made calls to the customer care line a few times and even though the consultants were friendly, they couldn't really help me. Eventually one of the consultants gave me the number to contact and within less than 5 minutes, my issue was resolved by Minenhle Buthelezi. A true brand ambassador, he explained the process to me, gave me an estimated time for the full resolution and also what steps I need to take to get the process done. Thank you.
