I went in to the Campus Square Store and dealt with Janelle for an upgrade. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service that I received. What an asset to your company. She was friendly and efficient. I also observed her helping colleagues while waiting for me to make my decision on which upgrade to take... That's so rare to witness these days. She made my day!
