great service
For the past weeks i logged a complain about the insurance claim because i was not happy with the service however my query was resolved. I then received a letter stating that my claim was approved and i can visit any MTN store for assistant however i went to aucklandpark branch but they couldnt assist me. But while i was away for weekend in klerksdorp i visited the MTN store and i spoke to a warm friendly person Victoria Benjamin who assisted me with my enquiry and she even went an extra mile to make sure that everything is covered.<br> <br> I would like to compliment Victoria for the good service, since i was with MTN ive never received such a good service. well done Victoria and keep up the good work, im now a happy customer because of u.
