Great Service

<p>After having had a terrible experience with the service (or lack thereof) at the Kokstad MTN branch, I contacted the Shelly Beach branch and although I wasn't able to be there physically, they were very accommodating and they managed to assist me quickly and efficiently... not to mention their willingness to find ways for my problem to be resolved which is more I can say for the Kokstad branch as far as effort is concerned. I also appreciated the attitude and friendliness of the lady who assisted me. It is clear that she actually goes out of her way to satisfy customers. </p>
