Great service

In most instances, shopping at many stores leaves me irritated and thoroughly annoyed, due to unfriendly and inefficient service. <br> <br> I needed to upgrade my contract and went to MTN at The Glen where I was welcomed by a friendly lady named Cindi. At 61 years of age, I must admit that all this technology is confusing to me. This was not a problem for Cindi. The kindness and courtesy she displayed is very rare, not to mention her extreme patience. She really is an asset to MTN and could certainly give lessons on excellent customer service.<br> <br> Thank you so much Cindi.
