Great Service
I would like to thank Zimkhitha who I spoke to on Sunday in regard to a service I requested a cancellation on from last year September. I've been calling and all the consultants have been saying they have escalated the matter but no avail. Zimkhitha send an escalation to the retention department and within 24 hours the cancellation has been done. Keep up the good job.?
