Great service

Norman helped my mother Barbara Beets so well she had to tell me how impressed she was. Apparently Norman got her upgraded and sent her all options necessary for her choices and went a great few miles extra and she didnt even ask for help she was contacted by him. He did everything to help even if he dis not gain much out of it. I personally believe this is great to hear and will spread the word.
