Great sales performance no follow up

Good day, I have ordered a phone received contact before I ended the call with the sales consultant. Yet from the 23 December 2020. I have made numerous calls still nobody has contacted me with information on when it will be delivered. Spend two hours on Friday promised this was going to escalate query nothing no feedback. Today another two hours for someone to answer the phone. Please all I want is the delivery of my phone. Today I would like the phone or at least the date when can expect delivery.
